GOe2IMPACT – IDEAclinic
What is the GOe2IMPACT - IDEAclinic?
Could your research address a real-world challenge or become the basis for a new venture?
The IDEAclinic is a hands-on, three-day innovation workshop, organized in collaboration with UnternehmerTUM. It helps you look at your research from an application perspective. Together with experienced coaches, founders, and fellow researchers, you identify relevant challenges and application areas. You also explore how your scientific expertise could translate into innovative solutions.
You don't need a business idea. Bring your research, your curiosity, and an open mind.
Leave with a clearer view of where your research could create value beyond academia, along with a first concept for your next step.
How does it work?
In an intensive, interactive program, you work on your own research topic. You step outside the familiar academic perspective, challenge assumptions, and develop and evaluate first use cases. Coaches and fellow participants give you feedback along the way.
The workshop takes place on November 16–18, 2026, in Göttingen. Participation is free of charge, and places are limited to 25 participants.
