GOe FUTURE has officially launched. 🚀

On September 4, 2026, GOe FUTURE – the Startup Factory for Life Sciences – celebrated its official kick-off at Forum Wissen in Göttingen. Around 170 guests from science, business, politics and the startup ecosystem came together to mark the beginning of a new chapter for life science innovation and entrepreneurship in Lower Saxony.

The afternoon featured inspiring founder stories, perspectives from federal and state level, and a panel discussion on the future of life science innovation. Guests also had the opportunity to discover GOe FUTURE’s programs and services and connect with startups, researchers, companies, investors and ecosystem partners during the Innovation Village.

With its five program areas – GOe2LIFE, GOe2IMPACT, GOe2CONNECT, GOe2SCALE and GOe2CAPITAL – GOe FUTURE creates a connected pathway from scientific ideas to entrepreneurial impact.

The kick-off marked the beginning of a journey we are excited to take together. The images below capture some of the people, conversations, ideas and moments that made this special day possible.

A strong start. A growing ecosystem. A shared ambition: Let’s GOe FUTURE!
